What we collect

When you fill in a form we collect your name, phone number, parish, the service you need and any message you write. When you call or send a WhatsApp we receive your number. We also collect technical browsing data such as the landing page, the source of your visit and measurement cookies.

How we use it

We use the data to answer your request, provide the service, issue an invoice and understand which advertising channels bring enquiries. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in measuring the website’s performance (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Who we share it with

We use WhatConverts to record enquiries and visit sources, and Google to display the reviews from our profile. These providers process data on our behalf. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests for up to 24 months. Invoicing data is kept for the period required by law.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to the processing of your data by calling 928 341 251. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
