Frequently asked questions
Should I replace the lock or just the cylinder?
On most doors changing the cylinder is enough, and it is quicker and cheaper. We only recommend replacing the whole lock when the mechanism is damaged or very old.
Can you change the lock after a burglary?
Yes. We come urgently, reinforce or replace the lock and leave the door locking securely the same day.
