Questions about our services
How long does it take to open a door?
Most doors are open within 5 to 15 minutes of our arrival. Armoured doors with high-security locks can take a little longer.
Should I replace the lock or just the cylinder?
On most doors changing the cylinder is enough, and it is quicker and cheaper. We only recommend replacing the whole lock when the mechanism is damaged or very old.
Can you make a car key if I lost them all?
For most makes and models, yes. We need the vehicle registration document and the owner’s ID.
Is it worth replacing a warded lock?
Yes. Old warded locks are easy to pick. Converting to a European security cylinder greatly improves protection without replacing the door.
Do you need proof the safe is mine?
Yes. For security we ask for ID and confirm you are entitled to open the safe before we start.
Can you copy security keys that come with a card?
Yes. With the ownership card we order the copy from the manufacturer. Without the card, some keys cannot be copied for security reasons.
